For today's Lunchtime Power Hour, we enjoyed the Spring weather and worked out at Carkeek Park. Our routine included:
- Trail Hike through the park, including stairs and uphill/downhill trails
- Resistance Band training in the forest (Squats with Resisted Overhead Press, Lunges with Resisted Punches)
- Bodyweight and Resistance training in an attached field with a view of the ocean (Push-ups, Tricep Dips, Reverse Planks on picnic benches; Band Hopovers; Bicep Curls & More)
