Starting on Monday, Empowered Fitness will be offering TRX Suspension training! Never heard of TRX? This training, originally developed to train Navy Seals, combines bodyweight exercises with suspension ropes suspended from the ceiling to create an insanely effective strength, balance, flexibility and core stability workout in each exercise. For the most part, the moves are familiar (push-ups, lunges, mountain climbers), but the suspension keeps your core and stability muscles engaged throughout the exercise to give you greater muscle impact.
