Off-Skates Training for Roller Derby: Pre-Bout Edition

Pre-Bout Edition! Enjoy some lightweight circuit training, including resistance and cardio exercises, and a lot of stretching and find out how to best prepare your body for a roller derby bout.

Non-roller derby skaters are welcome, too; everyone can benefit from the strength and cardio endurance roller derby skaters enjoy! And hey, we can even brainstorm your own "roller derby name" while we workout!
